A field of opium poppies in Tasmania. I was very fortunate enough to be granted permission to go in and shoot theses unique flowers. Tasmania is the world’s largest producer of licit alkaloid material, supplying almost half of the world’s demand.
If you travel there in summer, you'll see the island awash with fields of these flowers as you drive around.
